Perenial Shear

The easy way to trim back green growth. Recommended for topiary, trimming ornamental grasses and deadheading annuals and perennials. The high carbon steel blades are hollowed out to offer minimum friction and a precise cutting edge. Can be re-sharpened when necessary. The shear is easy to handle and will cut right down to the tip of the blade for intricate work.
